Start with one product. Research keeps running; creation credits are spent only when you decide an idea is worth rendering.

Prices are demand-validation targets from the current PRD. Checkout is shown in the onboarding paywall, and paid research and signal features are enforced by the workspace billing gate.

Saved evidence stays.Provider workhas a visible cost.

01Product truth

Public Shopify product parsing, editable Product Fingerprint, approved facts, forbidden claims, and versioned Research Lens.

02Public research

TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts collection through configured server-side adapters, with source-level health.

03Content intelligence

Stable Pattern clusters, lifecycle, outlier, creator opportunity, product fit, saturation, confidence, and counter-evidence.

04Actions and Memory

Save, reject, track, seed competitors, request Recreate, export evidence, and preserve every decision in append-only history.

05Honest failure states

Unconfigured providers, partial platform coverage, retry exhaustion, stale evidence, and unavailable private metrics remain visible.

What is shipped, metered, and still being tested.

A new SaaS loses trust when a pricing card promises capacity the product cannot enforce. These answers define the current commercial boundary.

No. Starter and Growth are private-beta pricing hypotheses. Checkout appears in the onboarding paywall, and live research, outlier feeds, and similar-video search require an active plan enforced by the workspace billing gate. Shopcue marks availability instead of presenting planned capacity as shipped.

A higher winner rate. Research replaces guesswork with evidence — outliers, hooks, formats, creators and competitors around your product. Creation credits are separate, spent only when you decide an idea is worth rendering.

New public-content collection, deeper competitor research, transcript or enrichment calls, and optional video generation may consume provider capacity. Reading already stored Product Fingerprints, source evidence, scores, decisions, and Memory should not consume credits.

No. Coverage depends on configured providers and what each public platform exposes. The product reports source-level health, partial runs, missing fields, and stale evidence. It does not substitute demo records when a provider is unavailable.

A useful competitor product timeline requires more queries, repeated observations, product-page parsing, and explicit review than a broad free preview. The add-on tests whether customers pay for this depth before Shopcue bundles unproven costs into every plan.

No. Generation is optional, asynchronous, provider-priced, and disabled until a server key is configured. Research can still produce scripts, storyboards, creator briefs, and three original directions without pretending a video was rendered.

Not for the MVP. A public Shopify product page defines the product, and a server-side public-content provider supplies research evidence. Shopcue does not require private TikTok Shop orders, ad accounts, customer PII, or manual CSV imports.

The limit keeps the first product aligned to one to three hero products, makes provider cost measurable, and tests whether teams repeatedly return to the same research. The database enforces the active limit rather than relying on a disabled button.

Existing evidence remains readable. A paused workspace cannot create Agents, queue research, add competitor seeds, record new decisions, or start charged generation until access is restored.

Not yet. Agencies are an important design-partner and distribution channel, but Shopcue will not sell a multi-client package before permissions, isolation, portfolio workflow, and repeated single-product usage are validated.
