Terms of service

Terms for Shopcue private-beta access, research Agents, public research evidence, original adaptation, and optional generation.

Effective version: 2026-07-29· Service operator: Shopcue

1. Agreement and authority

These Terms govern use of Shopcue by the business or organization identified in a request, account, or Workspace. The person accepting them confirms that they are at least 18 and authorized to act for that organization. A private-beta request asks for review; it does not guarantee access, provider capacity, a reply deadline, or a commercial offer.

2. Current product scope

Shopcue provides brand-level research over public product pages and, when providers are configured, public TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts evidence. A Workspace may create persistent research Agents that contain a Product Fingerprint, Research Lens, research runs, Pattern and creator evidence, explicit competitor product seeds, user decisions, Recreate lineage, and Memory.

The MVP does not include TikTok Shop seller operations, private orders, ad attribution, automatic media buying, creator outreach, organic publishing, guaranteed content performance, medical-claim approval, or private competitor spend, sales, or ROAS.

3. Public sources and third-party availability

Shopcue depends on public websites, public social platforms, and third-party providers. Public data can be incomplete, delayed, removed, rate-limited, blocked, or changed without notice. Shopcue shows available evidence and failure state but does not guarantee continuous coverage, historical completeness, platform approval, source accuracy, or preservation of a third-party asset.

4. Research and score limitations

Pattern lifecycle, breakout, creator opportunity, product fit, saturation, whitespace, and confidence are research aids based on observable inputs. They do not predict virality, sales, conversion, compliance, or commercial success. Customers must inspect source evidence and counter-evidence and remain responsible for deciding what to publish, produce, sponsor, or claim.

5. Content rights and acceptable adaptation

Public competitor and creator content may be used only as research evidence and mechanism-level inspiration. Customers must not use Shopcue to reproduce another person's face, voice, logo, watermark, exact script, copyrighted asset, or complete shot sequence without appropriate rights. Customers represent that they have rights to product media, brand assets, avatars, voices, prompts, and other material they submit.

6. Optional generation

Media generation is asynchronous, provider-dependent, and may incur separate usage. Generated content can contain errors, visual artifacts, factual mistakes, rights concerns, or unacceptable claims. Shopcue may block generation or mark a draft for review. The customer must perform human QA and obtain required rights and approvals before commercial use.

7. Availability and pricing hypotheses

Public Starter, Growth, Competitor Research, and Competitor Watch prices are validation hypotheses. The current MVP has no Checkout, subscription, billing portal, or paid entitlement. A future commercial offer requires separate implementation and terms before it can accept payment.

Provider-consuming work may use visible capacity limits during the private beta. Shopcue does not charge by AI message and does not present a pricing hypothesis as a completed purchase flow.

8. Customer data and permissions

The customer must provide accurate product facts, forbidden claims, public URLs, markets, and rights status and must not submit unnecessary customer PII, credentials, private analytics, unlawful data, malicious inputs, or material it lacks authority to use. Data handling is described in the Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and factual controls on the Security page.

9. Prohibited use

Do not probe another Workspace, evade capacity limits, scrape Shopcue, abuse provider endpoints, use generated media for deception or impersonation, violate platform rules, upload malware, misrepresent public evidence as private performance, or use Shopcue to make unlawful or unsupported product claims. Shopcue may suspend unsafe or unauthorized activity.

10. Ownership, feedback, and export

Customers retain ownership of their product media and submitted business content. Third-party public content remains owned by its rights holder. Shopcue retains its software, normalized schemas, scoring methods, product workflow, and general know-how. Subject to access and third-party rights, customers may export their normalized research snapshot and use original deliverables for their business.

11. Disclaimers and ending service

Shopcue is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. It does not provide legal, medical, advertising, accounting, or guaranteed-performance advice. Customers may stop using the service and request deletion under the Data deletion policy. Certain security, consent, suppression, dispute, and legal records may remain when required.

12. Changes and contact

Material Terms changes use a new effective version and apply prospectively. Questions may be submitted through the contact pageor the legal contact displayed by Shopcue.
